CASE FILE DK—001 OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS

Your order is
out for delivery.
Out of excuses.

A festival sale. A promised date. Then the delivery date moved, the customer support script repeated, and the parcel remained the main character in an unsolved mystery.

A public record of customer-reported Flipkart delivery experiences. Not an official Flipkart website. Not a substitute for a formal complaint.

01 / why this exists

It started with one order.
Then the waiting.

“I didn't want to build a website. I wanted my delivery.”

— A frustrated customer, with love & a little lost patience.

October 2026. The Big Billion Days: huge discounts, countdowns, promises, and the excitement of clicking Buy Now. But what happens when the promised date slips, tracking offers more suspense than clarity, and a customer still has no answer?

For some shoppers, the most frustrating part isn't just a late package. It's the feeling of going in circles: repeated delivery-date changes, scripted chat replies, unsuccessful attempts to reach a person, or calls that seem to go nowhere. Those are experiences people can describe and document here—not conclusions about every Flipkart order or delivery worker.

So I made DelayKart: a slightly sarcastic, completely independent place to put those experiences on one public record. No manufactured outrage. No made-up totals. Just real people choosing to tell their own stories, with the option to come back and say when something is genuinely fixed.

Because “we're looking into it” isn't a delivery update. And “resolved” should mean resolved to the customer.

02 / the familiar journey · a satirical illustration

From “arriving today” to
“please wait another 24 hours.”

A composite, fictional journey inspired by the kinds of problems customers report. It is not a record of any specific order or a claim that every shopper encounters these steps.

DAY 00

The big sale

Fantastic price. Exciting delivery estimate. Faith in logistics restored.

DELIVERY DAY

Almost there…

The tracking page insists the order is out for delivery. The doorbell disagrees.

NEXT DAY

The support loop

Chat prompts, missed connections, unanswered calls—or another estimated date.

TODAY

The public record

Tell your story, discuss responsibly, and mark it resolved only when it actually is.

OFFICIAL COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT · OCT 6, 2026

Flipkart announced a massive festive delivery expansion.

The company described additional fulfillment capacity and an enlarged nationwide supply network ahead of Big Billion Days. That is the promise-side context—not evidence that every shipment was delivered on time.

PUBLIC CONSUMER SUBMISSION · OCT 25, 2026

At least one publicly filed complaint alleges repeated delays.

A complaint posted on Panchaayat describes Big Billion Days delivery estimates moving and difficulty getting past preloaded support options. It is an individual's allegation, not independent proof of a widespread failure.

THE DELAYKART EXPERIENCE™ · SATIRE

Tracked more than your ex. Delivered less than promised.

An affectionate roast of the eternal “arriving today” notification. These jokes are fictional satire, not statements of fact about any particular order.

🚚

Out for delivery. Out of context.

Somewhere between your doorstep and the multiverse.

📆

Expected today. Emotionally, next year.

Your calendar has filed a missing-person report.

🎫

Ticket closed. Plot still open.

Because a status update isn't the same as an arrival.
